- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't expect to be treated with dignity or respect if you have a problem at this Rite Aid. I had a problem with some photos processed at Rite Aid, and the manager--through a clerk--was not very willing toplease the customer. Worst part, they KNEW about the problem but yet kept letting customers get their film processed. When asked about it, I was told they were waiting on a technician. Poor, poor customer service. I WILL NOT return to do ANY business at ANY Rite Aid. They really don't care. They must not see the busy parking lot at the Walgreen's across the street. The only reason I was there was because of a discount coupon. Never again. Oh, and the woman that was rude to me on the phone, good luck when the store closes its doors.
