- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪To be honest I did not have a problem with the doctor but the front office staff has a lot to be desired. We were told on 2 different visits that they took our insurance. The second one they even said they were waiting for the insurance to call back to let them know what the co-pay was…..but 3 months later we get a bill for $800 saying they don't take our insurance, & of course as all fine print reads, you are ultimately responsible. Asked if they would reduce the charge out of some sort of responsibility for giving wrong information, but were told it was illegal for them to reduce the bill. Good thing it isn't illegal to misrepresent yourself. After talking to them & the insurance on the phone for a month to see if something could be done, we get a bill with late fees. There was no mention of this only that we could do a payment plan. I would not trust anything they say.July 05, 2017by Grace Summanen
