- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great Lakes Dental is a 5 star dental facility all the way around! I have always had dentist anxiety and would dread going days in advance! I am so glad someone recommended Great Lakes Dental! When I shared my anxiety with the receptionist as I made my appointment, she assured me they would take care of me. The staff went above and beyond from the moment I waked in the door to the moment I left. They sat down with me and explained everything they were going to do, gave me all of my options, and took time to answer every question. They were in no rush or hurry. When they were in the room with me, they focused on making me feel good and getting every issue solved. I witnessed the interactions in the lobby of the staff with the other clients of all ages, and I know they treated everyone like this. It is truly the kindest dental staff. The technology is too-notch and they showed me everything they could see. They were also able to get me in last minute for a dental emergency and treated me with the same above-and-beyond care.
